This recipe looks really good. I didn't know chocolate sprinkles were called Jimmies! I love the combination of chocolate and coffee, it's my favourite flavour combo! This looks like a nice easy recipe with simple ingredients, easy enough to whip up on a weekend or even during the week. I'd like to try baking this and then cutting into slices and freezing individually. That way it makes them easy to pack for office or school lunches. Sounds really yummy, can't wait to try this one!

I am not really big on coffee. But, this looks really good. I like flavored coffee so I think I would like this. I am not sure about buying a whole thing of instant coffee for one teaspoon that is needed for the recipe. If I put some ground coffee in a grinder and made it really fine, do you think that would work? I think my daughter would love it. She is the big coffee drinker in the family.
