My wife discovered a very nice dark chocolate with a hint of chili during one of excursions to Aldi's, and we both like it a lot. I didn't think I would, but it's really quite good. I think this would be a great cake to make up for Halloween, and it's easy to control the amount of heat added. For those not so adventurous, you can delete the cayenne pepper entirely and just use the cinnamon extract for a bit of heat. It's great to serve with some vanilla ice cream.
