Magic Cake
This Magic Cake is such an easy cake recipe that it really is magic! The cake batter separates into layers while it's baking, but you only use one batter to make it. This creamy cake uses very basic ingredients, which are all standard in any kitchen. Dust the cake with powdered sugar and top with blueberries (or any other fruit) when it's done. It's a clean-looking cake that's perfect as a light, sweet end to a summer dinner. Bring it to a picnic or a potluck, and your friends and family won't be able to stay away from it.

Very good recipe! I do not care for custard pie and that is what this tastes like BUT looks like cake...I was surpised but I DO love this "cake" even though it DOES remind me of custard pie, but with more flavor I think.I topped mine with the XXX sugar and made slightly thickened whole blueberry syrup...very good!
