Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake

"A dense pumpkin spice cake covered in the fluffiest whipped cream cheese frosting. I totally nailed the frosting on this one! This is a poke cake too. Each layer is drizzled with caramel sauce (store bought makes this easier) - everyone will wonder how you got caramel inside the cake like that :) In the middles is chopped candied pecans and that luscious whipped frosting. I've topped the cake with more candied pecans because it's fall and pumpkin and pecans just work so well. "
