Sunshine's Delight
Ingredients
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix together butter, 1 slightly beaten egg, box of cake mix. Mixture will be stiff. Press in bottom of greased pan (cookie sheet size). In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour over top of mixture in pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
