"We are in love with this Instant Pot cheesecake with homemade blueberry sauce and graham cracker crust. We have been using our Instant Pot a lot, but this is the first dessert we tried. If I had known how easy it was going to be then we would have made this Instant Pot cheesecake a long time ago. We love cheesecake and it's even better with homemade blueberry sauce and graham cracker crust. Best of all, this recipe is super easy to pull off."

I recently purchased the 7" springform pan to make cheesecake in the Instant Pot. I've been terrified to try it because I've seen so many failure posts on Facebook. This recipe seems like a good one and tried and tested. The blueberry sauce looks totally amazing and I'm now so excited to try it out. I'll have to look up the blogger's other lemon cheesecake recipe and try that too!
