This Toffee Caramel Apple Cake is the winner of my Fall recipes search this year. I thought it was going to be harder to make than it was, I'm not the best baker, but the recipe is well written and easy to follow. I couldn't believe how great it turned out. A caramel apple wrapped in cake and toffee...it doesn't get any better than this.
