This really is a two layer cake since the crumb topping practically constitutes a second cake. This looks great and it would be perfect with some coffee, tea, or a tall glass of milk. I might add in a bit of almond extract to the cake batter, since I think it would compliment the chocolate topping. Looking forward to baking this soon.
