Amazing Chocolate Truffles
"These amazing chocolate truffles are every chocolate-lovers dream! Rich and decadent, these chocolatey treats are melt-in-the-mouth delicious and so easy to make! Make sure the cream does not boil! Nobody wants curdled cream in their truffles, so keep a close eye on it so that it doesn’t boil. I recommend stirring almost constantly as you are heating it up! Don’t rush the process. These truffles need to chill for at LEAST three hours in the fridge before being rolled in the coatings. If you don’t have a cookie scoop, Simply scoop the chocolate mixture with a tablespoon and roll using your hands!"
