Bake Not, Worry Not Peanut Butter Bars
You don't have to fret over preheating and baking with these Bake Not, Worry Not Peanut Butter Bars. This easy no bake cookie recipe doesn't even have to be refrigerated! These are no fail cookie bars for even the newest of bakers.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place butter, evaporated milk, and sugar in a saucepan and heat to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Mix together peanut butter, oats, coconut, vanilla, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Add sugar mixture and stir well.
- Press mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan and let cool. Cut into pieces.

I agree...marshmellows may tend to be too much sugar; I will skip them and use less sugar.

these no bake bars sound great but I'm going to try them without the marshmallows. I think they would still turn out well with the other sweet ingredients. also would love to see a picture of them if I could? either way, too easy not to make and who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate!!
