Date Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup chopped nutmeats
Instructions
Boil together sugar and milk to soft stage (234 degrees). Stir in dates and nuts. When cool enough to handle, form these ingredients into a roll with buttered hands. Wrap the roll in tin foil. Chill and slice later.
