Who does not love cheese? Or chicken? Or the delicious flavor of buffalo sauce? And this genius recipe combines all of those awesomely tasty things to one splendiferous taste explosion, lol! We just loved the unmistakable special flavor brought by the inclusion of blue cheese, but it is not at all overpowering, just in the background. Make this dish TODAY, lol! You will not be disappointed.

This is a restaurant-worthy recipe and sounds amazing!!! I also had trouble finding the Salerno Peperonato cheese. So, if you have trouble too, try substituting in Pecorino Romano cheese. It is not identical in flavor but is very similar in texture (hard, white cheese) and not a lot easier to find!

Just reading this recipe made my mouth water. Buffalo chicken, blue cheese, it's all so inviting. My only problem is I can't find Salerno Peperonato cheese anywhere. I live on Long Island, NY, can anyone suggest where I can buy it, or what I can use as a substitute? Please help.

Yum! I made this at home and it was totally delicious. You will need a big casserole dish for it, though! All I had was a slightly undersized one, and so I couldn't fit all of the pasta in (which made for a very spicy, but still fabulous, casserole).
