Cheesy Ham & Swiss Potatoes
Cheesy Ham & Swiss Potatoes is one of my favorite dishes. It is so simple to make and enjoy with any meal, you'll want to make them every day of the week. Potato recipes are always better with cheese!

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- paprika to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degreees F.
- First you will boil potatoes as if you are making homemade mashed potatoes. Mash them and leave a little chunky. Add milk and salt and butter as you would to make them normally.
- In a round glass baking dish with lid spread half of your potatoes in the bottom, then add your ham and cheese evenly.
- Spread the rest of potatoes on top covering the middle layer. Sprinkle with paprika all over the top just for color.
- Put in oven for about 10 to 15 minutess or until you see cheese has melted well.
