This looks wonderful. I love tortellini, though I've not used them in casseroles very often. I like the use of the three cheese tortellini and I think this would also work very well with some of the flavored tortelloni I've used, like the Rana Spinach and Cheese Tortelloni or the Chicken and Mozzarella Tortelloni. I'd also like to give this a try with using ground beef rather than the chicken breast, since I think that would also be good.

This Cheesy Tortellini and Pesto Chicken Casserole is what I wanna bring to a potluck party. Of course the tortellini pasta is something different from the usual pasta used and the pesto chicken is a welcome treat because it is filling, it is delicious, nutritious, and very popular among the guests.

An absolutely delectable dish that takes mere minutes to make from start to finish. Using tortellini is such a novel idea and it works so well. We added some chopped fresh garlic but made no other changes to the recipe. The dish is flavorful and filling and perfect for the whole family.

A six ingredient tortellini recipe with cheese, chicken, and pesto? This is amazing! I make tortellini with pesto about once a week so I really love this dish. I recommend making your own homemade pesto or using the premade pesto from Costco sine that is my absolute favorite one!

I think that tortellini pasta is one of my husband's very favourite pastas, so this will be a new and tasty dish to try with something I know he already enjoys. And I love making casseroles, especially ones with only a few ingredients that still are full of flavor. Have you tried making this recipe with a different sauce? Like a red sauce. Would the other ingredients still compliment each other?

If there was an Academy award for casseroles this would be the winner. You can't go wrong with cheese tortellini, pesto and chicken, but add to that ricotta, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers and you are in casserole heaven my friend. Easy preparation and rich full flavors have made this casserole a staple in my house.
