Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 small bag frozen vegetables (corn, green beans, potatoes, carrots)
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 package butter crackers, crushed
- 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Boil the vegetables until tender. Drain.
- Put vegetables in casserole dish and add melted butter; stir. Add cubed Velveeta and Cheddar cheese.
- Top with crushed crackers and additional melted butter. Bake for about 20 minutes.
