    This easy Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole recipe is comfort food at its finest! Curly cavatapi pasta picks up loads of your favorite sweet-and-spicy tomato sauce. Add to that your favorite fully cooked meatballs and a generous serving of gooey mozzarella cheese. This recipe pleases just about everyone, and as a bonus it is insanely easy to make.

    Even novice chefs (or experienced chefs who are in a hurry) will have absolutely no problem with this dump and bake meatball casserole. It cooks up in under an hour, and dinner is served!

    Ingredients

    • 1 (16-ounce) package uncooked cavatapi pasta
    • 1 (25-ounce) jar marinara sauce
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 (14-ounce) package fully-cooked meatballs (do not need to be thawed)
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    2. Combine uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, and meatballs and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

    4. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese.

    5. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
