Yum! This really couldn't get more simple. I really appreciate the fact that the prep time is as minimal as possible. There are times when we want something filling and tasty, but don't have the time to prepare something elaborate. Often, our solution consists of ordering a pizza, but this is a great alternative. I like this and lot and I can see this getting used quite a bit in the ramp up to the holidays, when our time gets cut to the minimum.

I can't wait to try this casserole. First of all, it's a dump recipe that means I don't have to prepare anything ahead of time. Second, I am interested in an Italian recipe that contains rice instead of pasta. We eat a lot of pasta at my house, so I'm looking for something different.
