No-Fail Potato Casserole

This No-Fail Potato Casserole is such a snap to make, you really can't go wrong! Potato casserole dishes like this one round out any meal to perfection. This is an easy casserole recipe for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pint half and half coffee creamer
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Boil potatoes; cool and grate. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
     
  3. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (or casserole). Sprinkle with paprika.
     
  4. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or for at least 24 hours. Bake for 45 minutes.
