We included this Overnight Firemans Breakfast Casserole in a buffet spread for a brunch that we hosted a week or two ago and it was very pleasant. I used fresh garlic, not powdered, and added some fresh chili too because the buffet was a late morning meal. The whole casserole was eaten (I did not even get to taste it!) and I was told by several of the guests that it was very good.
