Shortcut Cabbage Casserole
If you loved stuffed cabbage but don't want to do all the work then you'll fall in love with this Shortcut Cabbage Casserole. This dish puts easy casserole recipes to shame with it's simplicity and great taste.

Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage chopped into about 1 inch pieces
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package of Herb flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine chopped onion, potato soup, mayonnaise, egg, cheese and salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Then add chopped cabbage and mix well. Pour ingredients into a casserole dish and top with a light layer of stuffing mix. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.

need more info ! what size casserole, do you add water to potatoe soup, do you mix stuffing mix according to pkg instructions, do you grease casserole or not please finish receipe i really want too try this

Put dry stuffing mix on top, do not add water to potato soup and you do not have to grease the 9X13 inch dish, Hope this helps.
