What girl doesn't love the fun and whimsy of unicorns and rainbows. I am grown with adult kids and I still love this kind of dessert. I love that you chose to make it into a cheesecake instead of cupcakes. I love the cream cheese flavor of a good cheesecake. My favorite part is that I get the cake and cheesecake in the same dessert, huh?
