You always need a few cute recipes for the summer holidays, right? I love that this dessert is patriotic just from the fruits you use. My mom always makes a jello poke cake and decorates it with strawberries and blueberries. It is such a fun treat and fresh too with all the berries.

These mini no bake cheesecakes are so cute and perfect for any holiday depending on how you decorate them! Another idea is to use this cheesecake filling but instead of the little cookies, use strawberries! Just cut out the inside of the strawberry, filling with the cream cheese mixture, and top however you'd like! Such a nice and eays summertime dessert.
