If you have not tried to make these yet, you most definitely have to! My family does them a little differently. We cut the end of the strawberry a little so the bottom is flat and will stand up. I then cut the top of the strawberry to create a little pouch. I use a an icing tip and piping bag to create a pretty design for the filling. Just make sure to keep these cold prior to serving or they become a gooey mess!

You would want to use bigger strawberries for these. The ones you grow in your backyard will not work. The ones from the store are bigger and more sturdy. These are a fun dessert idea. They are cute. I would make a double batch if you are having people over. I think the sprinkles are a bit much.
