This Delectable Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole has everything I love. Lots of herbs for flavor, cream cheese for creaminess, panko bread crumbs for some crunch, and of course...pasta. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken, and ham. especially after the holidays (you ca substitute turkey). The recipe is well written and easy to follow, and the taste is out of this world.

I love chicken and am trying to get more meals like this for dinner. It is hard sometimes to find something that is filling but not overloaded with calories. This plus a salad would be a great meal. Not only that but it looks like there could be leftovers and everyone knows things taste better the next day.
