I have a couple of questions about this recipe and the cream cheese. First, what is mild cream cheese? I've never heard of such a thing. And second, how the heck does one "grate" cream cheese? Unless it's frozen solid, it usually soft so I can't invision how this would work. Otherwise, this recipe sounds like it would taste really good.
