This chicken pie looks delicious and seems very easy to prepare. I wonder about it being too salty perhaps? Chicken stock blocks dissolved in chicken stock and then poured into condensed chicken soup seems too much. I think I will add the stock blocks to hot water instead. There seems enough flavoring with everything else.

This was very good. What I ended up with was a cross between chicken and dumplings and a chicken pot pie. I used too much liquid, so I didn't get the full biscuit top. But I have no complaints. I am careful about salt and the ingredients called for would equal a mountain of it. I boiled skinless/boneless chicken thighs, used the liquid as stock. And used a sodium free gluten free powdered bullion. I wish I would have had low/reduced sodium soup but still wasn't over the top salty. I would make this again, and again.
