Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
  • 1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 inch-sized fresh ginger root, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil

Instructions

Marinate chicken pieces overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish. Cook until done. Turn occasionally for even browning.
