This no fry chicken looks really good, I am wondering because it is not fried would this make this a healthy version of a fried chicken? Would it be slightly dry if it is not fried? Has anyone tried this? Is it as good as fried chicken? Could you use fresh garlic instead of dried garlic?

Not being crazy about fried food I think this is a great alternative for chicken with a delicious and crispy crust. We did not have any corn flake cereal so used a similar quantity of bread crumbs and it worked very well. The crust was crunchy and very delicious, the chicken was succulent and our tummies were very happy!

This is healthier AND easier to make than regular fried chicken! I will definitely be giving this a try.

Fried chicken is something I miss so much, and knowing now that there's an alternative that tastes basically the same but is much healthier makes me really excited. I've used corn flakes in frying chicken for years but I had no idea it would still come out crispy if it was baked. I can't wait to try this recipe!

I always prefer the healthier alternatives. I like crispiness too so this will go down a treat. It is also fun to dip it in the honey mustard dipping sauce. The best thing about this chicken recipe is that is ready in a jiff which is always good! The cornflake coating is a nice alternative to bread crumbs.

Yum! I love dipping it in honey mustard first. I am not partial to plain mustard, but I love some honey mustard. The cereal gives the chicken great crunch. If you can't do corn flakes, crushed rice chex would work for crispiness. Great easy meal that kids would love.
