Celestial Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts, deboned and cubed
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- sesame seeds
- cooking oil
Instructions
Make batter with flour, egg and milk. Dip chicken in batter, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Serve with a mustard sauce made of ketchup and mustard.
