Cheetos Crunchy Chicken
It's time to make your chicken recipes dangerously cheesy. Cheetos Crunchy Chicken is covered in crispy Cheetos and baked to perfection. Moist and tender, dinner is going to be extra crunchy tonight.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 cups crunchy cheetos, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the Cheetos in a food processor or blender and process into small crumbs. Add parmesan cheese to mixture, put in bowl and set aside.

Mix salt, pepper, flour and cayenne pepper in a bowl and dip the chicken in it. Make sure to fully coat the chicken.

Mix the egg and the milk in a bowl. Dip the chicken into the egg mix and then into the crumbled Cheetos.
- Place the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until chicken is cooked.

Hi Chef 18055 - You can certainly modify this recipe according to your liking. If you prefer your chicken a bit crunchier, we would suggest using the full 3 cups of cheetos, but you can use less if you prefer. Hope this helps! -Editors of RecipeLion

Each whole chicken breast has 2 half breasts, so that's a total of 4 breast halves. i think, maybe, that makes it a little more understandable. Hope this helps!

That's A LOT of cheetos for 2 chicken breasts, I'm thinking 1/2 cup. I understand that it's crushed but really, 1-1/2 cup per chicken breast.
