    Chicken Curry and Rice

    Looking for a basic chicken curry recipe? Well look no further. This meal is simple, quick, and absolutely delicious if you're a fan of curry. Make it for your family or significant other and they'll surely be impressed with your culinary skills!

    Ingredients

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup plain yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons curry powder
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice

    Instructions

    1. Mix together everything except chicken in a bowl.
       
    2. Cover chicken in the mix and let marinade for 30 minutes.
       
    3. You can grill the chicken or place it in a baking dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

    For Rice:

    1. Use 2 cups cooked rice, 1/2 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper, 1/4 cup margerine, and 1/2 cup minced onions. 
       
    2. Combine onions and margerine in sauce pan on low heat stiring til onions are translucent. 
       
    3. Add spices and rice, combining well. Let cook for a few minutes until everything has melded well. Serve chicken over rice or side by side.
