Chicken Paprikash

"Chicken Paprikash is a Hungarian food specialty. The chicken is cooked in a very flavorful and well seasoned creamy sauce made of paprika and sour cream as main ingredients. You can use in-bone chicken or boneless chicken with or without skin to prepare this gravy chicken dish from Europe. My recipe is close to the original as it was given to me from my former Hungarian colleague, who is incidentally a chef in a resort in Europe. Traditionally the chicken paprikash is served with spaetzle type noodles but you might enjoy this amazing chicken with cooked pasta or even rice."
