Chicken Pot Pie Pockets
Pot pie is a classic comfort food that many people wish they could eat more often. If the crust is your favorite thing about chicken pot pies, then you're going to love this particular recipe. Chicken Pot Pie Pockets are made by filling puff pastry with a chicken/vegetable/sauce mixture. You'll get some flaky crust in every bite! You can eat these little "pockets" with your hands, but it may be easier to eat them on a plate in case the sauce spills out. This surely is a special dinner.

I have got to try this recipe, if for no other reason than the tip on freezing them. Thanks so much for the "how to" suggestion to freeze before cooking, and then cooking from frozen. I can't wait to make these. I live alone, and being able to cook once and then have ready made meals for another day is great. I have a feeling these are going to be a staple in my house.
