I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. The sauce is utterly HEAVENLY (I myself added some garlic to it). Five minutes of prep + only five ingredients makes me very happy.

I love the simplicity of this dish, but I am a little concerned about the sodium content. I think I will use the low-sodium soy sauce and see how that works out. I love that the dish is easy to make. What potato side would you suggest to go with the chicken? I was thinking a creamy potato salad or maybe some simple buttered potatoes with herbs.

Who could ask for more? This is a simple to prepare and easy to cook meal. What's more it sounds as if it tastes delicious. Honey Mustard is always a good flavor combination. This recipe also has some curry powder in it which I think sounds like such a good idea!
