Due to so many hectic schedules, my family is always eagerly looking for quick, simple dinners with a lot of flavor. Therefore, this recipe is perfect, especially for the fall! I would love this chicken with some mashed sweet potato (topped with cinnamon and brown sugar), as well as some bitter greens like swiss chard or broccoli rabe (to contrast the sweetness in the meal.) Excited to try!
