1 pound boneless chicken thighs or breast
1 cup wine
2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Take 9-inch oven safe dish and line it up with chicken.
Season it with salt and pepper and cover with wine.
Sprinkle cheese on top and pop to oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thru and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with pasta and enjoy.
