Pizza skewers is such a cool and interesting idea! I like the use of the pizza dough to turn boring skewers into something everyone will like, even kids! I don't really like barbeque pizza but I think this concept is a great starting point to mix and match meats, veggies, sauces, fruits, and flavors.
