"Inspired by Chipotle's burrito bowls, these Grilled Jerk Chicken Burrito Bowls are one of our favorites! I’ll admit that these Grilled Jerk Chicken Burrito Bowls take a bit of time to make. There’s the cilantro-lime rice. There’s the Corn Salsa (which requires grilling or broiling the poblano peppers). There’s the toppings, like homemade guac. And of course there’s also the jerk chicken itself. But trust me when I say that these Grilled Jerk Chicken Burrito Bowls will be a hit! They’re fun to make for a party.
