Honey Misoyaki Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 pieces boneless chicken thighs
- 3 Tbsp Kikkoman shoyu
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp miso (white)
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili sauce (prepared, such as Sambal Oelek)
- 1/4 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate chicken for about 1/2 hour. Cook over hibachi or broiler. Enjoy!
