Honey mustard Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 to 4 tsp curry powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 pounds chicken
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken in baking dish in one layer. Mix all ingredients together; pour over chicken. Bake chicken for 20 minutes, basting once. Turn chicken over, bake for 20 more minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Serves 4-6.
