Ingredients
- 1 (1-1/2-pound) 500g chicken 1 bowl fried onions(Sliced and deep fried, can be stored in the fridge for 10 days) 10 tbsp curd 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup brown onion paste Oil for cooking 400g basmati rice Salt to taste 1 tbsp mix masala 1

. Start by marinating the chicken with curd, brown onion paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, biryani masala, fresh cream, mix masala and mix well.

In a heated pan, add in oil and the chicken and let it cook.

Once cooked, layer it with cooked rice and top it off with fried onions, coriander and lemon juie.
