- 6 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Paprika

Cut the chicken into 10 pieces: 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and cut each breast in half for a total of 4 breast pieces.
