Lightened Up Sweet and Sour Chicken
"A lightened up version of sweet and sour chicken with grilled or pan seared chicken and a light but robust sauce, naturally sweetened with pineapple. Cornstarch does the trick to thicken the sauce. It's also full of fresh peppers and onions. This recipe comes together in 30 minutes or less, making it perfect for weeknights. It's great served over white or brown rice or even quinoa. It's all the flavor of traditional sweet and sour chicken but not fried and not too sweet."

Anything sweet and sour is at the top of my list! I love the combination of flavors. I have never thought to use the rice wine vinegar in a sweet and sour dish, we always used apple cider vinegar. How does it change the flavor, or what difference does it make between the two vinegars?
