I have to make Parmesan chicken bundles. The blog recipe uses three cheese pasta sauce not marinara sauce. I would use the marinara sauce as there is a lot of cheese in this recipe anyway and the tomato based marinara sauce will be a good compliment to the all the cheese. I wouldn't want to add more. The spinach and cheese filling looks delectable.
