Poulet Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken grilled or barbecued
  • 4 dl creme fraiche
  • 4 msk chilie sauce
  • 2 tsps French mustard (Dijon)
  • t tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp French herbes (blend herbs like oregano, basil, marjoram and rosemary)
  • 1 tsp French salad-herbs
  • 2 krm salt
  • 1 krm pounded black-pepper
  • 2 pounded garlic-cloves
  • 2 dl grated cheese

Instructions

for four persons. Conversion-table 1 tsp = 5 ml 1 krm = 1 ml 1 msk = 3 tsp = 15 ml 1 dl = 100 ml Peel the chicken boneless in smaller pieces. Grease a oven-proof dish or pot and place the chicken pieces in it. Mix all above except the cheese. Pour the mix over the chicken and then you cover it all with the cheese. Cook it in the oven, 200 deg C until the cheese gets a nice color (approx 30 min). Serve the Poulet-chicken with rice and a salad beside. A red wine isn't wrong at all.
