- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 package Italian dressing mix
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large zip top bag, crush crackers with parmesan and dressing mix.

In a large bowl, mix eggs with heavy cream. Add all chicken pieces and toss to coat.

Shake chicken pieces in the bag of crackers, lay each out on baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden.

I love chicken recipes that you can make in a Ziploc bag because it is much less messy. I often make a breaded pork loin the same way. I never thought of adding heavy cream to the eggs. I can't wait to try it to see what it tastes like!
