1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
4 plum tomatoes, finely diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halved, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness

Instructions

In a cup, mix cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper; rub over both sides of chicken pieces.
Grease nonstick skillet with cooking spray; cook chicken for 4 minutes per side or just until cooked. Place on platter.
Heat remaining ingredients until hot; pour over chicken.
