I'm a big fan of orange chicken but have actually never heard of Chinese lemon chicken before! It definitely sounds refreshing and delicious but I always find that Chinese sauces taste better and have a better consistency when bought from a Chinese restaurant. They always have so many ingredients but I think this recipe may still be worth the try!
