My mouth is watering just reading this recipe, it sounds so good. I also can't imagine the egg/flour dipping four times crust thing. I'm Italian so the absence of bread crumbs absolutely intrigues me. As always I love recipes with step by step pictures for clarity, and ingredients that I have on hand. I guess there's no excuses, I need to make these.
