In the description this chicken recipe is described as baked, however, I wanted to point out to the viewers that most of the preparation takes place in a skillet, just like a traditional chicken parmesan dish. The baking is done to melt the cheese without "steaming" the dish under a pan lid and sogging up the crispy crust.This one turns out quite tasty, and I love the fresh basil finish at the end!
